TritenIAG has announced they will provide project development and management services for a new low carbon ammonia plant. In addition to 500 tons per day of ammonia, the facility will produce a slate of derivatives including diesel exhaust fluid and urea ammonium nitrate. The project will utilize renewable power sources, waste CO2, wastewater, and hydrolyzer technology to achieve this low carbon production cycle.
TritenIAG will oversee the contractors involved in the project and will serve as the owner’s project management team through completion of the front-end engineering and development (FEED) project phase.
TritenIAG CEO Terence Easton said, “We are committed to helping accelerate the deployment of lower carbon solutions. Successfully executed, projects like this low carbon ammonia facility serve as a step solution towards a more environmentally focused economy. As the leading project solutions provider for sustainable projects, we are excited to guide this project to market.”
