Assessments and Pass Gate Reviews
Our project controls teams support owners' execution teams through every phase of a project. This includes: establishing the project master schedule; monitoring engineering and construction manpower and progress; analyzing performance trends; forecasting the project cost and completion schedule. We help owners achieve cost certainty in executing their projects.
Engineering Oversight
We oversee and coordinate engineering contractors during FEED and detail design. We monitor and review engineering deliverables to ensure that all project, procedures and work practices are followed, and that work is scheduled and prioritized to meet overall project needs. We also provide SMEs to address specialized issues. By applying our industry experience in this capacity, we add value and establish the foundation for project success.
Procurement
We have built a team of procurement professionals with the experience and skills to plan, contract, purchase, expedite, inspect, administer, and close out all elements of projects. With experience building, reviewing, and executing commercial and procurement plans for hundreds of projects, our team helps owners achieve greater certainty in cost and schedule within an optimized investment.
Construction Management
To capitalize on the work performed to date and continue the path to success, we support our clients by performing labor surveys, providing estimate input, conducting constructability reviews, and providing contractor oversight. Personnel we supply include construction managers, project controls, safety, inspection, document control, and site supervision with experience from both the owner and contractor sides of the business.
