Stephen has more than forty years of industry experience. His career began in the piping engineering and plant design group at Fluor, and progressed to a leadership role as an SVP of Project Management. In that role he held operational responsibilities for the Latin American region, followed by implementation of Project Governance, Risk Management, Innovative pursuit strategies and Project Management of complex Large FEED/EPC projects globally, TIC ranging from $2B to $13B. He has worked on complex refinery, power and petrochemical projects around the world in virtually all contract structures. Stephen holds a BS degree Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
