Duane has over 15 years of experience in operations leadership, project management, project engineering, and project controls including scheduling, cost control, and risk management for projects in the chemical and consumer products industries. He has proven skills in developing and delivering operational business plans, establishing and implementing strategic growth plans, coordinating and managing multi-discipline engineering teams, and integrating engineering, procurement, and construction teams for full project delivery. He has helped develop and maintain realistic construction plans that deliver projects on budget and schedule. Duane has implemented earned value systems that track progress and performance against a baseline plan for engineering deliverables and construction quantities, and a cost program that monitors forecasted cost against the baseline plan. He has also initiated change control procedures that identify and track deviations from the baseline plan for TIC as well as schedule.
